Oh boy, my second map of the year! In late 2018, two prominent DA users, RVBOMally and RtasVader, collaborated to make an amazing map titled "The Crowned Heads Tremble." This map detailed the rise and domination of National Bolshevism around the world. National Bolshevism is the fusion of far-left and far-right politics into its own distinct ideology. It is part of the Third Positionist family of ideologies. National Bolsheviks (AKA Nazbols) seek to make their own movement against the international globalists and native reactionaries that would impede the national revolution. Going back to the map, I loved it, and it has become one of one of my favourites of RvBOMally's work. Yet lately, I have revisited the "Crowned Heads" map, and decided to do my own interpretation of this map, but with changes to the ideological systems and names of featured nations. So after hours of hard work, here is my ultimate piece of the year, as a tribute to one of the greatest OGs of DeviantArt! May the crowned heads indeed tremble! 

+ Some Pointers:

- After the Russian Revolution in 1917, Bolshevik leader Vladimir Lenin is assassinated and Russia heads into civil war. Fearing international domination over the homeland, the Russians would fuse Nationalism and Bolshevism together and establish the National Bolshevik Party, otherwise known as the Smenovekhovstvo. A few years later, Germany would have its own nationalist revolution, spearheaded by the likes of Adolf Hitler, Gregor & Otto Strasser, and Joseph Goebbels. They would become victorious, and Germany would be rebuilt into the Strasserreich. In Italy, Benito Mussolini, Nicola Bombacci and like-minded revolutionaries march upon Rome and establish the new People's State of Italy. In Spain and Portugal, the Falangist movement adopts more radical, worker-oriented National Syndicalism from individuals such as Ramiro Ledesma Ramos and others. With the help of Italy and other allies, Ledesma's forces take over Spain and achieve a united Iberia in their image. The Arab World gets help from its Eurasian allies against former colonial masters and establishes the Baathist Union of Arab Republics (UAR). The entire Far East has been absorbed and organized into an ultra-collectivist mega-state. All Chinese, Japanese and Korean identities have been obliterated into a new East-Asia Fraternity, under the vision of One-Asia Thought. East Asian religions are co-opted and fused into a unique set of beliefs that hold the Fraternity together. The One-Asia Thought ideology was created by the ideas of individuals like Kim Il-Sung, Ikki Kita and Chiang Rungmin. 

- There are other nations that are attempting to reach prominence in this universe. After the Second Great War, Subhas Chandra Bose would emerge from Azad Hind and achieve power over the entire Indian subcontinent, kicking out the British Empire in the process. During the war, Bose would be whisked away to a hideout in southern India by Eurasian agents, in which he would remain safe until hostilities would end. Over his leadership, Bose would achieve the title of "Dearest Netaji" from his supporters. Dissidents like Gandhi would be executed outright, and others, like Jawaharlal Nehru, would be exiled to places like British Oman. Bose, already admiring the regimes of Eurasia and desiring a new path to rebuild India and solve its problems, would revise his philosophy and governing style to create the Indo-Aryan Combine. Bose would reject international Marxism and capitalism, since that these forces would be incompatible for an ideal India. Bose would be especially critical of democracy, favouring an outright authoritarian leadership to run a new nation. Indeed, the only path for India to keep independent and flourish was the synthesis between communism and fascism. 

The Indo-Aryan Combine holds to the fact of having closer relations with the rest of Eurasia by the fact of India itself being founded by the powerful warrior Aryans millennia ago. The system established by the Dearest Netaji and held together all these years shall remain to insure the preservation of a united homeland for the Indian people. An interesting detail of the Indo-Aryan military is their research into meditation and psychic activity as a means for citizen control and combat operations. Ludicrous sums of time and funds have also been spent into the building of more-powerful WMDs and modernized vimāna (aircraft of Sanskrit legend). Despite the government being tight-lipped by these developments, there has been proof of actual, unsettling results. However, the Indo-Aryans have dealt with plenty of struggle. The Indo-Aryans have been reeling from lands taken from them in the 1970s by the Arab-backed State of Mughal, a vocally anti-Indian Baathist dictatorship. Despite its membership with the Asian Development Council (ADC), the Indo-Aryans have long despised Arab shenanigans and furthermore dread growing East-Asian intrusion onto their homeland. With East-Asia nowadays seeking to expand their One-Asia Thought past the Far East, the Indians are growing more worried, and looking to closer ties with their Eurasian counterparts.

- In Africa, military hero Thomas Sankara would come to power in Burkina Faso and become its President. Sankara would implement nationalization programs involving education, healthcare and management of natural resources for its people. He has been known for his sharp charisma and dedication to national independence and the revolution. Despite his emphasis on self-reliance, Sankara has at times asked for the assistance of the Eurasian powers in these programs. Sankara would have his ruthless moments and purge counter-revolutionaries that threatened the nation. In 1987, a coup against Sankara's presidency was attempted by Blaise Compaoré and his troops, all funded and trained by Imperial Britain and the West Africans. Yet Eurasian agents intercepted the opposition's plans and whisked Sankara to safety, with him put in hiding in a nearby allied nation until stability would return. Sankara's presidency from 1983 to 2012 would see Burkina Faso in fact become one of the more developed, stable and prosperous nations of Africa, and the highest-ranked among Russian allies. Sankara as a young revolutionary leader has been compared to the likes of the Castro Brothers of Cuba, and the martyred guerilla leader Robert Mugabe. Sankara has been particularly close with the Warrior-Philosopher Raul Menendez and former President Hugo Chavez, with both men hailing from the Gran Colombia People's Union respectively. 

Despite critics feeling that African nations have been bossed-around by the Eurasian powers just the same as with their former colonial masters, Sankara and others have more positive feelings towards relations with the likes of Moscow and Berlin, for they share the same values upholding and spreading national revolution. Sankara's government and those afterward have been actively assisting the Falangist troops in Angola and Mozambique against incursions by the Rhodesians and South Africans. Sankara's innovative programs for self-reliance have made him an icon for many in Africa's poorer nations, as shown by his strong and consistent work ethic and frugality. Sankara is known for maintaining peace and trade with the UAR's satellites to the north, despite the on-and-off rivalry between Moscow and Damascus. Many Eurasian-backed leaders have been inspired by his work and sought to bring his ideas to build up their own countries. Since his retirement, Sankara is still popular with many across Burkina Faso and abroad. 

- While Europe was in tumult during the Second Great War, the United States undergoes its own civil war and is eventually taken over by the Marxists. Eventually the Americans abandon traditional Marxism and embrace their own, extreme form of National Bolshevism, the Order of Sol Regeneratio. Adopting a strong racialist angle, the Americans view African-Americans, Jews and other minorities as unworthy of embracing the enlightenment of true socialism. The new USSA purges its problematic minorities and embraces an apocalyptic belief system for themselves to rise after the nuclear holocaust against the reactionaries like the British Empire-in-Exile and Eurasian National Bolshevik powers. This set of thinking is based on the religion of Sol Regeneratio ("Sun of Rebirth"). 

Sol Regeneratio is derived from aspects of various ancient sun deities mixed with messianic beliefs. However, like other Nazbol powers, the USSA rejects globalist Christianity and other Abrahamic faiths for a perceived stronger nation. Sol Regeneratio offers the Americans the ultimate Manifest Destiny: honour the light by any means necessary; weaponize chaos to keep the enemies down. The sun shall set in the West, and rise from the West. Therefore, it's the American mission to conduct schemes and plots against their Eurasian rivals to bring forth an age of destruction, cleansing the world of infidels and construct a new order, for only the Order of Sol Regeneratio shall be the guide for the people. The Americans aren't picky in their schemes to make this happen, for they fund everything from independence movements; anarchists of all stripes; Islamist militias and classic Marxist groups; and of course, local sun-worship cults. 

- Keeping with religion, the primary Eurasian governments are secular, but paganism have become prominent at almost every level. Many Old Gods are prayed to, or synthesized into state ideologies. In certain cases, religion is either coopted to serve the regime, as in Russia and Spain, or destroyed and replaced with a new state religion revolving around the leader, as in Italy, the Balkans, and Britain. Catholicism and Anglicanism persist in the Entente - Catholicism of the Integralists is fundamentally intertwined with their idea of the Brazilian nation. Across the USSA and Eurasia, many rural villages have turned to worshipping extinct prehistoric megafauna as symbols of the Creator Force. As mentioned before, Christianity is reviled by most of the Nazbol regimes as an internationalist faith with foreign origins, since peoples Slavic and Germanic peoples were originally polytheists, after all. Christianity and Abrahamic faiths in general are regarded as subversions of proper Eurasian cultures. 

 

- Unlike RvBOMally's map, the nations in this universe are more advanced and open-minded to building themselves even more, especially in military matters. Clandestine archaeological operations have been conducted all over Central & South America, the Mediterranean and East Asia. Fantastic super-weapons haven been developed by the world powers and rumours abound about super-soldiers and occult means of warfare in development against opponents. During the Second Great War, Albert Einstein fled to the USSA at first, but then fled again for Sydney once the Americans went down their path of madness. The inventor Nikola Tesla stayed in Europe and added the Eurasian People's Alliance's (EPA) efforts to take over the continent using his designs and concepts. After he died in 1943, EPA agents swooped in his hotel room and took every bit of his notes and diagrams, which seemingly have been used to great effect. Some of the greatest competition between Nazbol powers is the expansion and maintenance of space travel, which has brought back plenty of unusual sightings over the years.

- Several creepy and unexplained encounters have happened in this universe. Across the region of Tibet, rune-inscribed saucers are seen through the skies, heading to unknown destinations. The Sol Regeneratio elite of the USSA have set up huge sacrificial altars in Hawaii and the Caribbean, appeasing their divine force by ritual executions of criminals and political dissidents. Huge, vicious bipedal wolves are said to stalk the barren frontiers of eastern Europe, and are seemingly immune to gunfire and are abnormally intelligent. Across Eurasia, the dense forests are said to be home to large, hairy hominids who make eerie noises and leave behind equally-large footprints. These grounds also contain the remains of long-dead, literal giants, with the largest skeleton excavated being 15 feet (4.54m) tall. Leaked photographs from top-secret undersea expeditions have shown evidence of unimaginable types of life-forms thought to be stuck in the minds of story-tellers. Similar exploration of Antarctica has erupted in wild stories of hollow-earth valleys and forests, and lost cities housing ancient technology far more advanced than ever hypothesized. Perhaps these missions are of wasted effort, for the too-curious will surely discover things than humanity was never meant to know.  

- The global order is maintained mostly with a careful balance of power and the threat of nuclear annihilation. After all, the Eurasian National Bolsheviks inspired revolution and a new course of development through Africa and the Middle East. But yet, tensions are rising to an all-time high, and the threat of another global conflict is in the horizon. The old reactionary forces are decaying, so the Nazbol nations are starting to turn on each other. The Eurasians distrust the growing power of East-Asia, as its massive population would prove a threat if that the mega-state will come to their senses and become global in power. Likewise, the Eurasians are dependent on Arab oil, while the Arabs are militarily-weak compared to the Eurasians. The National Soviets and Strasserreich have always held military dominance, but they cannot conquer all of Eurasia. The proxy wars in Africa are already costly, and those are against old and dying regimes. And of course, all of the great powers are armed with nuclear weapons, making global relations even more uneasy. The other world powers are ever-wary of the Americans, for even though there are great plans to stop them, it can all blow up in the enemies' faces and the Americans will finally have their wishes come true.

А я давно не читал... Выглядит канонично. ЕМНИП, в каноне не все страны были, так что автор явно что-то от себя добавил.
