А дизельную "Диану" Она ж не чисто дизельная, паром все греть при необходимости, тем более в жилом корабле даже при переодическом обогреве помещений паровым отоплением, температура не падает ниже нуля в нефтянных танках......... Строить дорогущую железку, порт, базировать эскадру - и всё это ради того, что бы гонять торговлю по Северному морю? Хм, хм. А для прорыва в океан - что Мурманск, что Вильгельмсхафен... Что касаемо - а куды их девать... ну во-первых, можно оставить на Балтике в качестве учебно-артиллерийских кораблей. А можно зафигачить на ТО. Пусть работают плавбатареями.
